Key Dates for Graduating in Spring term in the year of 2024/25

Date	Event
17 February -2 March 2025	Application for graduation
Mid-April 2025	Announcement of preliminary graduation check results
End of Spring term 2024/25	[For students admitted in 2022-23 intake or after] Deadline for completing and passing the University Legal Education Requirement. Please check the last day of access to the Canvas courses on the Canvas course site.
Mid-June 2025	Final graduation check
No later than 20 June 2025	Submission of surplus course exclusion request via Schools/Departments by student; or Submission of course swapping request to ARO by student
Mid-July 2025	Approval of Graduation by University Senate Committee

16 June - 1 July 2025	Application for graduation
Late-July 2025	Announcement of preliminary graduation check results
