Key Dates for Graduating in Fall term in the year of 2026/27

Date	Event
15-27 September 2026	Application for graduation
Mid-November 2026	Announcement of preliminary graduation check results
End of Fall Term 2026/27	[For students admitted in 2022-23 intake or after] Deadline for completing and passing the University Legal Education Requirement. Please check the last day of access to the Canvas courses on the Canvas course site.
Mid-December 2026	Final graduation check
No later than 4 January 2027	Submission of surplus course exclusion request via Schools/Departments by student; or Submission of course swapping request to ARO by student
Mid-January 2027	Approval of Graduation by University Senate Committee

4 - 11 January 2027	Application for graduation
Late-January 2027	Announcement of preliminary graduation check results
