A student will be awarded a bachelor's degree only for the program in which the student has officially registered. To be considered for the award of a bachelor's degree, the student must:
have earned at least 120 credits in approved courses, or through credit transfer and at the same time fulfilled
(i) the requirements of the University Common Core
(ii) the University English Language Requirement
(iii) the University Legal Education Requirement [For students admitted in 2022-23 intake or after only]
(iv) School/AIS requirements, if any, for programs under the School/AIS
(v) Fulfill requirements for at least one major, or School requirements for a general degree under the School.
have a minimum of two year's full-time study at HKUST; and
have obtained a minimum of 60 HKUST credits.
Students admitted in 2012 or before in the three-year curriculum should consult their major department for graduation requirements.
