Student Information System (SIS)
Student Information System (SIS) is a core package together with some peripheral systems that offers a range of functions, which enables students and relevant staff or faculty members to keep and view academic records, look up and update personal particulars, enroll classes, check class / examination timetable, browse financial information with the University and the advisement report showing the academic progress, and so on.

The Credit Transfer Database was established to provide students with information on the mapping of public exams and institutional courses to HKUST credits.
It will be updated from time to time and should be used as a reference only. Please read the application procedures in details.
Students may manage their student card in the HKUST Student Card Management System, including: changing the card PIN, viewing the data on card, carrying out updates, reporting loss/found, enquiring e-purse remaining balance, etc.
Independent tool for students to plan their timetable with course and class data in sync with SIS. Students may also export the planned class data in calendar file format.
