Key Dates for Graduating in Summer term in the year of 2023/24

Date	Event
17 June -2 July 2024	Application for graduation
Late-July 2024	Announcement of preliminary graduation check results
12 August 2024	[For students admitted in 2022-23 intake or after] Deadline for completing and passing the University Legal Education Requirement
Late-August 2024	Final graduation check
No later than 26 August 2024	Submission of surplus course exclusion request via Schools/Departments by student; or Submission of course swapping request to ARO by student
Mid-September 2024	Approval of Graduation by University Senate Committee

Key Dates for Graduating in Fall term in the year of 2024/25

16-29 September 2024	Application for graduation
Mid-November 2024	Announcement of preliminary graduation check results
11 December 2024	[For students admitted in 2022-23 intake or after] Deadline for completing and passing the University Legal Education Requirement
Late-December 2024	Final graduation check
No later than 2 January 2025	Submission of surplus course exclusion request via Schools/Departments by student; or Submission of course swapping request to ARO by student
