Key Dates for Graduating in Summer term in the year of 2025/26

Date	Event
15 - 30 June 2026	Application for graduation
Late-July 2026	Announcement of preliminary graduation check results
End of Summer Term 2025/26	[For students admitted in 2022-23 intake or after] Deadline for completing and passing the University Legal Education Requirement. Please check the last day of access to the Canvas courses on the Canvas course site.
Mid-August 2026	Final graduation check
No later than 3 September 2026	Submission of surplus course exclusion request via Schools/Departments by student; or Submission of course swapping request to ARO by student
Mid-September 2026	Approval of Graduation by University Senate Committee

Mid-November 2026	Announcement of preliminary graduation check results
