Key Dates for Graduating in Summer term in the year of 2024/25

Date	Event
16 June - 1 July 2025	Application for graduation
Late-July 2025	Announcement of preliminary graduation check results
End of Summer term 2024/25	[For students admitted in 2022-23 intake or after] Deadline for completing and passing the University Legal Education Requirement. Please check the last day of access to the Canvas courses on the Canvas course site.
Mid-August 2025	Final graduation check
No later than 1 September 2025	Submission of surplus course exclusion request via Schools/Departments by student; or Submission of course swapping request to ARO by student
Mid-September 2025	Approval of Graduation by University Senate Committee

15 -28 September 2025	Application for graduation
Mid-November 2025	Announcement of preliminary graduation check results
