Testimonial for current students

Testimonial is a certification of a student's current registration status at the University.  The document is only available to current students and will not be issued to students who have completed their program of study.

The Testimonial normally includes the following information:

Student Personal Particulars

1. Full English Name
2. Student number
3. HKID number (by default)

Current Registration Information

1. Admit Date
2. Program Name
3. Academic Load (i.e. Study Mode)
4. Year of Study
5. Study Status

Note: Information not related to current registration will not be included.

Application fee is HK$30 per copy, for both printed and e-copies. An e-copy is considered as ONE paid copy.
