Payment Schedule & Method

You can access your tuition and term fee information as well as your financial records at the Student Center through the Student Intranet or at the Student Portal.  

Please settle the tuition fee by the specified payment deadlines.

Notes :

(1)  For undergraduate students with extended period of study; and students who have taken leave from study paying no tuition in regular term (i.e. Fall or Spring) then resume study in Winter or Summer, the tuition fee will be charged on a credit basis. The charge will be available on SIS shortly after the end of course add-drop period. The payment deadline for 2026-27 are listed below:

• Fall: 30 September 2026

• Winter: 29 January 2027

• Spring: 28 February 2027

• Summer: 7 August 2027

(2) Postgraduate students of self-financed programs should refer to the announcement made by respective program offices.

(3) Failure to settle the outstanding dues may fall into the Outstanding Payment Non-compliance Policies as detailed by the Finance Office of the University.
