Late-July 2024	Announcement of preliminary graduation check results
Late-August 2024	Final graduation check
No later than 26 August 2024	Submission of surplus course exclusion request via Schools/Departments by student
1 September 2024	Thesis Submission Deadline for Summer 2023/24
Mid-September 2024	Approval of Graduation by University Senate Committee

Key Dates for Graduating in Fall term in the year of 2024/25

Mid-November 2024	Announcement of preliminary graduation check results
Late-December 2024	Final graduation check
1 January 2025	Thesis Submission Deadline for Fall 2024/25
No later than 2 January 2025	Submission of surplus course exclusion request via Schools/Departments by student
