Non-local students holding a student visa who terminate their studies for any reasons before completing their program are required to leave Hong Kong within 4 weeks from the date of termination. Failure to leave Hong Kong within the prescribed period may constitute a breach of condition of stay under Hong Kong immigrations regulations.
