Based on the Selection Committee's recommendation, the Provost will consider and approve the final list of Awardees and Honorable Mentions and inform the Award Winners and Honorable Mentions by issuing letters and presenting the cash prizes and certificates on an event occasion before the beginning of Spring Term.
The results will also be announced on the website. The project funds will be allocated to the award winners to start their project initiatives.
A final report should be submitted by the awardees after the two-year timeframe to describe and evaluate the progress in implementing the projects. A financial statement should be included upon the completion of the project.
Awardees are encouraged to disseminate the project outcomes to the University community on a formal occasion (e.g., a workshop/symposium organised by the Center for Education Innovation) upon the completion of the project.
