Collection of Student Card for New Students of Undergraduate Programs

Student Card will be issued to registered students who have submitted ALL the required documents for Program Registration (including the identification documents, relevant visa for studying in Hong Kong, visa landing slip (if applicable) and an acceptable photo for Student Card). 

You may cross-check in the Online Registration System if ALL the required registration documents are well submitted.

• Undergraduate (Local non-JUPAS entry)
• Undergraduate (International/ JEE)
• Undergraduate (JUPAS)
• Undergraduate Exchange / Visiting / Visiting Internship Students 

Students should carry the Student Card as a proof of identity on campus. The card PIN is set to your date of birth (in "yyyymmdd" format). You may change the PIN and view your data in the card chip via the "HKUST Card Management System" at the Virtual Barn or computers equipped with card reader in the Computer Barns   (Details: https://registry.hkust.edu.hk/resource-library/hkust-card).
