The Academic Registry (ARO) is comprised of four teams:
The Registry Services include implementing academic policies, procedures and systems in relation to student records, registration, examinations and graduation. The scope of services covers both undergraduate and postgraduate studies.
The Quality Assurance and Enhancement (QAE) team oversees the quality assurance and enhancement of teaching and learning, including assessment. HKUST aims to provide excellent educational programs at all levels. The quality of our programs is underpinned by quality assurance systems that enable all members of the University community to play a role.
The Registry Systems and Operations team provides support and services to Academic Registry teams and other academic units in relation to Academic Registry information systems and business processes.
The Academic Quality Advancement (AQA) team provides the collection, systemization, analysis and reporting of student feedback and outcomes to facilitate the university's strategic and academic planning, review and development.
